– before coming to your first class please fill in the following Intake Form in which I ask about your medical and physical history and present condition as well as your goals:

– please arrive to studio 5-10 min before start of class (and earlier if coming for the first time)
– group class lasts for 55 min, private does 50 to 55 min
– Vilmsi studio is situated in parking zone “Kesklinn” but free parking is very close and can be found on the following (clickable) map:
– please notify asap by phone (text) or email if you have registered to attend but can’t (in case of a private class, please do so at least 24h before agreed start of class) so someone else could have a chance to get a spot or the whole class doesn’t wait for you
– please also notify your absence if you have paid the month in advance
– there is only cash payment option in the studio but you are welcome to request an advance invoice
– be aware that you might be eligible for an employer compensation of sport expences. Ask your accountant and take a look at my SportID site here
– please wear stretchy sportable clothes without zippers, buttons and strokes (to avoid scratches on leather equipment); if at all possible it would be ideal if the clothes are not baggy and let your movements be observed
– no footwear needed – please be barefoot (recommended) or wear socks
– be equipped with patience, perseverence and the will to give your body the attention it deserves and needs in order to develop
– in the end of class please spray and wipe all equipment you used (tools are provided on spot)
